Prep time: 1 hour
Pre heat oven to 350 degrees
1 (9 inch) frozen pie crust, thawed
6 large eggs
2 cups heavy cream
1 pound of cooked, chopped bacon
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese
3 tablespoons chopped parsley
1/2 teaspoon fresh grated nutmeg
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons fresh cracked black pepper
Place the eggs and cream in a bowl- mix thoroughly.
Add the chopped bacon, cheddar cheese, chopped parsley, nutmeg, salt and pepper to the egg mixture.
Add the mixture to the pie crust and bake for 1 hour, or until an inserted knife comes out clean.
