Serves 6-8
Ingredients:
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1 cup salted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs
2 ½ cup unbleached flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups or 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions:
Pre-heat your oven to 375 degrees.
Cream the sugars, butter, and vanilla extract. Add the eggs to the sugar mixture, and blend until incorporated.
Mix together the flour, salt, and baking soda, and add to the wet mixture slowly.
Add the chocolate chips.
Bake on a lined cookie sheet for 12 minutes until the edges are brown.
