Learning the secrets to making a good vinaigrette literally changed my life. Ok that’s sort of strong…
Well at least the Kraft people have not made a dime off me in years.

I’m always amazed at the flavor of honey brings to the table. Salad dressing looks great, thanks.

  10. Rochelle (Acquired Taste) says:

This sounds like a great salad dressing! I imagine the lemon cuts the sweetness of the honey and gives it a more tangy flavor which would be great on any leafy summer salad :D

  11. Janna M says:

I’m going to make this but substitute lime for lemon and cilantro for parsley. Homemade dressing makes a huge difference.

  12. Tiffany says:

I like it! I just bought some apple cider vinegar, this is a perfect way to try it, thanks!

  13. Queen Bee says:

We actually make something very similar to this, for chicken (and fish), as well. I include some fresh thyme or rosemary when used as a marinade.

  14. Queen Bee says:

Hit send to fast — never thought of it as a dressing though — will try that out next!
