The great thing about homemade chili is that you can put almost anything in it. My recipe is bean-less, and I use sirloin instead of ground meat; I even put some cinnamon in it (shhhhh- that’s my secret ingredient!). I’ve known other chefs to use cilantro, jalapenos, and even chocolate bars!
